UT Starscream
[Starscream onlines from recharge, sensors soon alerting him to the unfamiliarity of his surroundings. He lies prone on a berth, his left arm curled alongside his faceplate. Wherever he is, the interior is dim, but he can detect natural light coming from somewhere at his back. He pushes himself up slowly and is shocked to see cool-toned alloy wall panels. The furnishings, tables, cabinetry, timepiece all look like home, yet he had begun to consider the Cave his home. Was he even in the Nexus anymore?]
[The view outside the window confirms he is in fact still in Nexusville. Yet, he does not remember how he came to be recharging in this room. Had someone moved him? Starscream recalls his memory logs, going over his most recent activities, searching for a clue.]
Is this someone's idea of a game? Is someone having fun with me?

Dear Journal,
I remember leaving the Cave. I thought after everything that happened, it would be best to give my Leader time alone. I remember
meeting Blitzwing and reading his list, mentioning games such as Seeker Paintball Tag and Battleship. He seemed a little odd, but I do not think he would spirit me away without orders from someone else.
I walked along the river for a while and
wrote in my journal. I talked with Rodimus for a while, and talked to Ransack, my sometimes Chess opponent. I do not know where Rodimus lives, but I also think him too honorable to just put a bot in a strange room. Unless...did something happen to me and a well-intending person carried me here to recover? Ransack seems a good bot at spark, but he was only in contact over comm.
I know I walked further along the river,
then and came across our neighbors, who live at the shack. As much as I have been uncomfortable with Autobot work ethic, I decided it would be neighborly and polite to help them in their project. Ironhide was kind to me when I was new to this place, and those others seem quite decent...for Autobots. Siders somehow makes me miss Hot Shot. But...as much fun as those friends have, I have clearly not been brought to a room in the shack. The view is wrong: not wooded. It is more urban.
I remember having a
long talk with Alexis. She could not have moved me on her own, and I know her house was not completed yet. And, I can recall that we discussed my intention to explore more of the settlement. Yes; I went looking for locations I had not yet visited.
I found the
newly opened dojo. I spoke to a sensei there: Prowl. I was given a tour and allowed space to practice my sword kata. That was fun. I had really been wanting to find a suitable place to practice. I had only had a few sporting sparring matches with my Leader since coming here. In the future, I hope I meet Drift, another dojo sensei. This room does not look like it is in the dojo, either. It actually looks like furnishings from home...like the style of furnishings Slipstream brought to the Cave.
I think I went to the
Copter Island then, I talked to Blackout (who is much bigger than the one I knew) about navigation hazards and rock gardens. I feel like talking to Blackout is a kind of game in and of itself.
I was heading back toward the Cave, wondering if Megatron had need of me. I remember I took a shortcut near the shack and met with Blurr there. We
talked about games and races. It was fun. I told Blurr about Ransack's interest. I am excited now to see if there will be races here! But again, I do not think my friends at the shack put me here.
After that, I do remember flying a patrol route I sometimes take over the Cave and the mountains, which elsewhere passes over desert. I saw a building with signs of recent activity and
met Octane there. He was...fun. Things got flirty, as we were discussing his plans for opening an establishment for dancing, some kind of social bathing, and intimate conversation. I had to inform him that I had some promises to another. I was careful not to say to whom, because it is not really everyone's business. I hope I was not wrong in assuming fidelity was required. Although the flirtiness would suggest Octane might be one who would place me in a strange berth; I have to say he was very respectful when I mentioned having someone else, and encouraged us to come to his place together. And, well, this is not the desert.
I do not know how I came here. I recall continuing my patrol route, which would have passed over the settlement again before heading toward the Cave. This could be someone's idea of a game, but then it might be anonymous kindness.

[Starscream puts down his journal and gets up to see if there is anyone nearby, or any further clues to how he got here.]
[ooc: The title comes from the lyrics for the music selected for the post. Again, the journal entry itself is not know to characters unless they physically obtain the journal and can read Starscream's Cybertronian/Japanese/English gibberish. Starscream is not out in the open this time, but anyone who may presumably have his comm codes can send a comm and possibly help him find out where he is or who moved him.]
