Oh Dear.... That would be kinda interesting to read if it was done well... Unfortunately I would suck at writing the Doctor, so I can't do it :(

Well it has been observed that the Doctor, on average, is getting younger with each regeneration. Maybe the 13th (and last) Doctor wanted a peaceful end to his life, but that kinda nixed when one: he got dumped on an alternate Earth, two: got adopted by Archibald Witwicky's descendant, and three: GIANT ALIEN ROBOTS came looking for his adopted great gandfather's glasses ( ... )

Gosh, I'd completely forgotten about the Tardis! I was so concerned about the cute evil bunny, I can't believe I forgot the Tardis! Oh, well, I suppose she could be... I don't know, that old car Sam drove in Dark of the Moon? (shrugs)

But yeah, I agree, this is one bunny that definitely needs doing. Of course, I'd do it myself, but I'm so overrun with bunnies that if my knees weren't attached to me, I wouldn't even know I had knees!

I think it more likely she's parked in a corner of the Witwicky garage or something. Without all his Time Lord knowledge, Sam would be just as affected by the perception filter as anyone else, so he might not realise there's anything there he should take to Chicago when he finishes college.

Though after the Xantium gets blown up, he'd probably remember where she's parked, so he'd find a way back to Tranquillity and pick her up - or alternately, has some way of calling her by remote, so she transports to his location.
