And There's a Doctor Who bunny in which Humanized!Doctor ends up in another universe. And you know what? They've MERGEDSo guess what? This new crazy

That would be kinda interesting to read if it was done well... Unfortunately I would suck at writing the Doctor, so I can't do it :(
