This bunny is a little bit on crack. It involves the sort of Pygmalion/Galatea or Gepeto/Pinnochio concept of the created being being given life and something like geishas. ( Read more... )

What if Tea Garry is a Micromaster (or other small-scale Cybertronian) that acts as a flight attendant aboard a large-scale Cybertronian with a flight mode? Tea Garry carries beverages from the onboard galley to the passengers. Tea Garry happens to have the alt-mode of some kind of stove or beverage making appliance, to assist in preparing the beverages. Her skills are: expert in travel and emergency safety procedures, putting others at ease, and beverage making.

OR

What if she is a pretender placed aboard Air Force One??

OR

Both of the above may be true.

Just a thought on names, I don't see "Galatea" as out of line for a TF, after all, there is Orion, Dion and Ariel, who all had names that didn't fit the normal pattern of TF naming. I'd simply put it that whatever the the cybertronian for the name had enough entomological similarities to Galatea to be translated into that when rendered into something humans could understand.

On other things, when I got to your comment about not wanting to throw around OCs too much, I got the thought what if there's a canon character who started life as a tea garry and someone else finds out and starts harassing them over it? That would probably mean that there is also a tendency amongst some Cybertronians to be bigoted against tea garrys and would act like an ex-garry has something... deficient for being one.

Well.... At least in the BotCon script reading "Bee in the City" Shockwave admitted to having afternoon tea (Optimus thought it was evil) so at least TransTech Transformers know about Tea.....
