Before I get to the bunnies...
I added the Transformers Random Pairing Generator and the TransOekekai to the links list.
Also, Perceptor fans, since it's hard finding very many Perceptor fics, I made a list of the ones I enjoyed, you can find this list on my journal here.
1. Perceptor doesn't really care which side he's on, as long as he's allowed to spend most of his time in his lab.
2. "Perceptor? I'm... I'm sorry for whatever it was I did to upset you. Could you you... could you please let me out of here? Perceptor? Are you there? It's... it's dark in here... Perceptor? ... Anyone?"
3. At a party, several Autobots get overcharged, including those that normally wouldn't even go to such a party. The next morning, Sunstreaker wakes up in a room not his own next to a very battered Perceptor. Sunstreaker panicks, thinking he forced himself on Perceptor and leaves before Perceptor is awake enough to tell him that it was, in fact, consensual.
4. Pre-Earth. Ratchet promises to babysit a sparkling Perceptor.
5. Tracks/Red Alert.
6. Perceptor is an assassin, though only Optimus' predecessor knew it. Now, instead of following orders, Perceptor simply kills those he believes he should.
7. Mirage disappears. And by that, I mean he goes missing. However, most everyone believes he is still in the Ark and has simply done his usual disappearing act. Unfortunately, he is not.
8. Mirage and Cliffjumper, tired, muddy, and injured, far from the Ark.
9. Someone is kidnapping Transformers who have special abilities. Skywarp with his teleporting ability, Mirage with his invisibility, etc.
10. Brawn is alone in Perceptor's lab and decides to snoop. He will soon wish he hadn't done that.
11. Sunstreaker decides he wants a lover and chooses Mirage to be that lover. However, Hound also wants Mirage. Mirage doesn't know what to make of the sudden attention.
12. The Twins decide to play a prank on Perceptor and First Aid. They drug their energon with a chemical that they think will simply make them act strange (act as if they were high, actually). However, the chemical instead causes their personalities to take a complete turnaround and what was intended to be just a joke has turned into a nightmare. Note: If you're wondering how drugging can affect an Autobot's personality, my answer: nanites. If you have a different answer, feel free to ignore the nanite suggestion.
13. Red Alert is feeling used by Inferno. Inferno doesn't notice this... until the most unlikely of Bots points it out.
14. Perceptor's spark chamber is irreparably damaged. The injury itself isn't fatal but it does leave the spark partially unprotected. This means Perceptor has to be extremely careful about what he does and that he has to have frequent medical check-ups.
15. "Ain't he a cute little puppy?"
"He's a horse."
"Who cares? He's so tiny."
"He's a Clydesdale."
16. Inspired by Star Trek Generations. An experiment lands Perceptor and Beachcomber in a place known as the Nexus, which allows them to live in a peaceful, illusory world where time has no meaning. If they, or those left behind, every find away to return them to the real world, will they want to leave?
17. Just because Perceptor has a very formal speech pattern doesn't mean he can't curse like a sailor if he wants to.
18. A Swiss company has produced a very expensive car wax called Swissvax. It costs $2,750. What would Tracks and Sunstreaker do to get their hands on that wax?
19. "You know, after I first brought Perceptor online, I thought I'd messed up royally with his programming."
"How do you mean?"
"He... he never spoke, never... never acted as if he understood a thing anyone said to him. He just seemed to... exist in his own little world."
"But you fixed the problem,obviously."
"That's just it. I didn't. If there was a problem, it corrected itself. But if it did, I don't know how; nor do I know what went wrong in the first place."
20. There came a time that Autobot forces were so outnumbered, so desperate, that they broke into tombs and revived long dead mechs. Inspired by all those post TF:TM fics that brought the ones killed back to life.
21. Perceptor once had an affair with his teacher, who was close friends with Ratchet. Ratchet, when he found out, lectured his friend on how he shouldn't take advantage of younger bots. Now, millions of years later, as he holds Perceptor in his arms, Ratchet feels like a hypocrite.
22. Art. Perceptor glomping Shockwave.
23. Art. Was reading Blackened by
spotlight_noa and suddenly had a thought. Someone needs to draw a chibi Red Alert dragging around a blanket with Inferno's picture on it. *thinks* Ok, I had two thoughts. Someone also needs to draw Red Alert hitting Inferno upside the head.
24. Perceptor gets severely injured in an explosion caused by one of Wheeljack's experiments. Due to feelings of guilt ans depression, Wheeljack vows to never experiment again. Perceptor tries to tell him it wasn't his fault and not to blame himself but, because of the nature of his injuries, has trouble making himself understood.
25. Megatron forced Tracks into his alt-mode as they crashed to the ground.
26. He had literally five seconds of self, before going insane.
27. Acid Branding: A form of slave identification used by the Decepticons.
28. Sam has to write an in-depth report on the American Civil War. What started out as a boring history assignment causes him to take a deeper look into the Autobot/Decepticon conflict.
29. Art. An overwhelmed and about to panic Perceptor.
30. 2007MovieVerse. Several bodiless Sparks fall to Earth like shooting stars.
31. Those that were there changed due to the wave. Perceptor wasn't there but changed slightly because of his bond with someone who had been there. Note: This was a dream. It didn't tell me what this wave was.
32. Perceptor could be surprisingly creative when it came to lies. And surprisingly successful because most of the time he pretends he can't lie to save his life.
33. Autobots and Decepticons need to work together to escape an alien prison.
34. Thundercracker/Perceptor
35. "That scientist of yours is too cute for his own good."
36. Despite how innocent and naive he seems, he was not above using sex to get what he wants. Note: I was thinking Perceptor, but if you want it to describe someone else, go right ahead.
37. An Autobot gets captured by an Anti-technology cult.
38. "Your's isn't the only kind of weird in this world."

40. Perceptor isn't Perceptor's real name. It's just the name he was given after he lost his memory since the ones who found him didn't know who he was. Now, many vorns later, someone who knew him before shows up. With the truth of who he used to be, will Perceptor decide to change or will he stay the person he is now? What if this friend offers to restore Perceptor's old memories but at the cost of his new ones? Which life will Perceptor choose?
41. Mixmaster likes Perceptor and decides he needs to drug Perceptor to get him to like him back.
