Getting those idea juices flowing and I offer up some more of my plot bunnies.
1. In War of the Dinobots, Grimlock, Sludge and Slag stay with the decepticons. Snarl and Swoop return with the Autobots. What happens when the mighty Dinobots are permanantly divided?
2. Another TM after death fic. The dead are reincarnated. (Does not have to be human) Only after many years do the memories of what they once were start to return.
3. Starscream teams up with Optimus to defeat Megatron.
4. Mary Poppins meets the Transformers.
5. Use the following lyrics in a fic:

6. Before the war Wheeljack's experiments catch the attention of a decepticon.
7. Megatron leads the Autobots & Optimus leads the Decepticons
8. Shockwave says NO to Megatron
9. During a routine mission Jazz goes missing.

11. Skyfire awoke on Earth thousands of years before either party.
12. Someone is out pranking the prankster Sideswipe, but he gets the blame. Skywarp is just amusing himself.
13. Megatron takes it too far nearly destroying some of the cassettes in his anger. He loses Soundwave's absolute trust in the process.
14. The Seekers vs the Coneheads. After an argument breaks out as to which team is faster, it leads to a whole new set of troubles for the Earth.
15. Shockwave goes insane.
16. Shockwave is the pimp! And femme's flock to him.
17. Dr Arkeville creates his own Super-robot body. Completely shedding his human form. He then creates his own army of mindless robots and a third faction joins the war.
18. An Aereilabot performs a kamikazi manourvre to protect his brothers. But not only does his body break but so too do the rest of the team.
19. There are not enough medics or those with basic firstaid training. It is decided that some of the regular bots need some in case the medical team are unable to perform their duty. So welcome to the first doctor school for autobots. These are your teachers Ratchet, Wheeljack, Swoop, Firstaid and Perceptor.
20. Nightbird revives and becomes the Earths greatest heroine!
21. Tracks is undercover in an area notorious for vandalism and graffitti. Red Alert is escatic as he is no longer the most nerve wracked Autobot when Tracks finally returns.
22. In the episode Attack of the Autobots, Jazz and Bumblebee failed to save their teammates.
23. Someone stole Roller! Optimus pouts.
24. In episode: The Core, Chips hopes are realised when the Constructicons change sides.
25. Ratchet blows a Gasket.
26. The new Transformer consol game is out and everyone can't wait to see how they are made. Starscream complains his voice is too squeaky. Ironhide his gun isn't big enough and Cliffjumper that his gender was changed. (pick and mix or alternate as you choose.)
27. Alice through the looking glass. When you look in the mirror what is reflected back is not always the truth.
28. The Dinobots discover Breakdancing. Baton down the hatches!
29. Ravage discovers the Discovery channel.
30. It's unfair in love and war. More then one bot has a bonded serving the other side.
