Update: Sooner or Later (MiS fic series)

The second chapter of the latest installment is up at ashscribbs. I had intended to wait until the whole story was done, but it's turning out much longer than I planned. I was stalled for a while on the issue of "casting" a character -- I always have to have someone in mind, an actor or whatever, for each person I'm writing -- but I've since solved that problem and now it's just a matter of cranking it out.

I'm writing this series all out of order, and in patches, so here is how it all fits together so far:

• Pulling 1, 2 (unfinished, 3400 words so far, set during "Estate Agents")
• Red (3300 words, set during "Salsa")
• at least two unfinished/unposted parts, set during "Dogs" and "Golden Oldies"
• Grasp (2300 words, set during "Golden Oldies")
• Shift (1000 words, set during "Golden Oldies")
