my weekend? out of controooooool. busy 11-midnight today, and 9-midnight tomorrow. so much for schoolwork.

divisi BLEW MY MIND. enough said. now it's mory's for dinner/singing/drinking, then a full run through until 1am. hahaha and then I start my DS paper...it will be an interesting night.

whoa, it hit me this morning how far behind I am....and there are only 4 weeks of school left. holy fuck. if I could afford to forfeit sleep, I would, but then I lose my voice, which is not really an option....suggestions for how to make time out of nothing? I am entirely at a loss.

I'm finally learning to act! huzzah-- when I get things right, it feels amazing. I actually believe it's going to be a good show now, instead of just a good concert :) (!!!). now to catch up on schoolwork and figure out all this rooming bullshit...

that was not NEARLY as bad as it could have been. to be perfectly honest, it was not nearly as bad as some other moments have been, when things have been was less awkward. so I just had a master class with vicki clark. it was perhaps life-changing. she is incredible. she also told me that I had a great voice, over and over again, which was fucking sweet. she then proceeded to tell me that I use stock bad community theater gestures, and that I need to get in touch with myself and stop worrying about my audience, ( Read more... )

hm, that was pretty much without doubt the worst singing audition I've had in a very, very long time. I cracked repeatedly, which NEVER happens, and had no finesse whatsoever.
