7.) I'm still somewhat surprised that people actually like me. Me too. I suspect that this isn't an uncommon phenomenon, but is likely to strike people who we'd least think it of! (You and your crazy big parties and wild social life would be on MY list!)

What would the difference be between a transexual and a transvestite / cross dresser ... I have always taken those to mean the same?

As I understand it, transsexuals go entirely over to the other gender. Transvestites and cross dressers remain their own gender but dress up in opposite gender clothing from time to time. I guess the difference is moving versus just visiting from time to time.
