Every now and then I get shit for living in Houston. Apparently, we're an backwards redneck ugly city with no culture. I dunno about the backwards redneck ugly stuff, but I'm happy to see that we're not without culture. I grew up in Houston as did my parents and grandparents. I miss it in a lot of ways. It's always been a can-do, will-do kind of place. Reading your blog aslways makes me a bit "Homesick"
