What a crazy few weeks! I am still trying to wrap my head around the fact that Dad is actually moved into his new home. There were a few hiccups regarding whirlpool vs. sponge baths, late night smoking outings, overdoing physical therapy, and too soft mattresses, but one week has passed and all seems to be on an even keel. I had the fan so after a while I got used to it. Not miserable at all! I got to DJ, so that's will keep me going for a long time.

I forgot about your fan. Those zombies will erase the memory everytime. I must say I was happy there was photographic evidence that you got out from behind your rig to dance. ;-)

I wasn't dancing; I was KIDNAPPED.

Just FYI, I've been DJing some really nice sets, but let's not get it twisted: R&B, soul and funk are my strengths. The next one will put people in the fucking ground.

(Aside: someone came up to me at the party and was like, "how much does your iPod"...wait, I'll save that for an entry in MY journal. It's cute and makes me feel old, but still very much like the shit.) ;-)

I can't wait for September! I grew up on R&B/Soul/Funk even if I do seem all classic rock now. ;-)
