OK it's only been a few days! I remember back when I posted to my LJ every day. That was back in the olden times when I had free time and energy. Right now I'm stealing some - a slow-ish work morning, and the morning circadian upswing. It won't last. There's work to be done and I ought to do it.

Anyway... It's definitive: Pushing Daisies has not Read more... )

There there, honey. There there. The piemaker loves you. (AND he says he's going to FINISH THE STORY IN COMIC BOOK FORM. That's the best news I've gotten about the show since I heard that it got renewed last year!!)

I wonder if he's got a publisher already... ? Hmmmmmmmmmm

The Pie Hole is IN HEAVEN NOW.

Damit, I never did make an LJ icon for the show, either. BOOOOO. Oh well, it'll still be happening in my heart. I'm going to buy the DVD of season 1. Today. Because I want season 2 DVDs to happen.

I have not and will not read that Twilight series. I think the best thing to come out of that was the most recent episode of South Park. I love it when something really bad comes out for Trey and Matt to mock.

In case you missed it http://www.southparkstudios.com/guide/1214/

I about peed a couple times during this.

* Try rice milk, maybe? i can't drink coffee black, either. i have lately been using eggnog, and i like the french vanilla creamers, HFCS be damned.
* Pouting about "Daisies" -- really, the tv viewing public has weird taste (please, give us more shows with stupid husbands and the bland wives who put up with them!).
* I haven't read "Twilight" yet -- I certainly won't see the movie (doesn't sound like anything I would enjoy). But I am still pouting about not having seen HSM3 with D -- he loves Corbin Bleu, and I am convinced that Chad and Ryan will hook up at some point.

Rice milk doesn't have the right texture - it's too "skim". I put something in my coffee so that the bigger fats will enclose the coffee's oils and make it taste smoother and rounder - rice milk is fail in that area. (I love to just drink straight rice milk, though. Yummmmmmers.)

Pushing Daisies is antidepressant in television form. Now I guess it's nothing but back to the "schizophrenia in television form" (Heroes) and "heartrending despair in television form" (Battlestar Galactica - which my GOD am I looking forward to seeing again). With no PD, that leaves me exactly 2 hours of TV per week that I watch - the Eros and Supernatural, on those rare occasions when I am actually home on a Thursday night. It's grim, so grim. Why do I even have cable ( ... )

Thanks for ruining my Wednesdays, ABC. I hope Candis can get another show, or pick up some film work in LA.
