Yeah, yeah, this isn't exactly "taking it easy", but it's close - I'm at home, I'm relaxing, and I'm making food ahead for the next several days. That's smart, right?

Oh god, that really does look good. *__* (stomach starts to growl) I envy you and your mad cooking skills. This will be my first Thanksgiving making a tukey and let me tell you, I suck at cooking. >.< I just baked a cake that doesn't taste anywhere close to my mom's cakes. I wish I had paid more attention to her cooking lessons when she was alive. >_> Oh well, time to bust out those cook books and *gasp* learn how to cook.
