I totally failed at going to see the BLADE RUNNER FINAL DIRECTORS CUT FOR REAL THIS TIME, because Todd Haynes chose exactly the showtime that I was going to attend to have a big charity premiere of I'M NOT THERE (which has already had its premiere in this town).

Honestly, having seen all three versions, some multiple times, and all on teh Big Screen, I gotta say I still like the first best. Plebian fuck that I am, I must be the demographic that the Powers That Be were targeting when they tacked in the voice over and the happy ending.

I wonder if Heroes is going to be good tonight. MORE NATHAN, PLEASE.

I hate to say it, and please don't let it come between us, but what the hell did you think would happen? A rumor about the destruction from within of the show that changed my life? Because if it's true, this is most likely disastrous. If it's not true, then yeah, I'm mad that a rumor like that even came about.

Thanks for the news update - but it's pretty serious business to me, and yes, I am extremely upset. Even that wouldn't be the end of the world, but it might well mean the end of the show, and I'm not done with it yet.
