heyy, i totally understand what your going through or well at least when it comes to quitting. i have only been smoking for three years. but isnt that bad enough? ive tried to stop on numerous occasions and even tried to imagine smoking, or holding a rolled up piece of paper to my lips. yeah. it helped a little bit but, im still smoking. obviously it didnt help that much :( i hate that its slowly killing me not to mention im going to look like a prune in the near future if i dont stop. i pray to god ill be able to quit but it just takes time. i hope we both will be able to stop. for the sake of everything and all we have to live for. besides, im just begining to bond with my organs. luv ya lindsey. meshell
