Let go of your past and know that you have a future! Release the baggage you've been carrying on your shoulders and let it slip away into the deepest depths of the ocean. Thoughts are powerful and can do much good or much harm depending on which thoughts you choose to indulge in. You do have the power to change those thought patterns and renew your mind through Christ. It sounds like you have many loving and caring people in your life, so count your blessings! Not everyone has the love and support of family and friends who will stick with you through thick and thin.
