I can't help it, I like Simms as the Master. And I like DT as the Doctor. I wasn't really thrilled with the how Ten's story wrapped up. Not thrilled with RTD, either. Thanks to Bridge, I have a sensitivity to when the people behind the show sacrifice the story for the sake of their egos.

I ambivalent seeing Capt Jack picking up a werewolf.

Capt Jack was picking up the cute midshipman from the Christmas episode of 2007 when the TARDIS landed on the Titanic (who just happened to be played by Russell Tovey). I think that was a bit of an injoke, as RT was being suggested as a possible Doctor when the news broke that Tennant was leaving.

I ambivalent seeing Capt Jack picking up a werewolf. Of course he'd be licking his wounds by being around a place like that, but it seemed odd to throw that in the episode.

I was happy to just see him smile again.

Though, I admit there's a shallow side of me that couldn't help wondering - given RTD's proclamation that slash fans are only in it for seeing two hot guys together - why the only good looking guy Jack's ever been with is a psychopath.

Oh well, I got used to Ianto, I could probably get used to this one, too, if that's the plan. Better than Gwen. *rolls eyes*

I wonder if Jack will be back with Eleven?

I can't remember his exact words, but it was in response to the ones who are protesting Ianto's death. Something about them just being upset because they like seeing two hot guys getting it on. Then proceeded to tell Jack/Ianto fans to go watch Supernatural (as if) for the supposed eye candy on that show.

I don't know if he'll be on any of the new DWs or not given the changing of the guard on that show. I do wish they'd take TW out of RTD's hands, too. I'm so over SuperGwen.

Yeah, but she's the only one left. Jack needs to come back and reform TW without her. What are the chances though?
