Two good things...

1. Got my hair cut and coloured - I am now a red head, I love the colour - thanks xray for giving me the final bit of courage to go for something a bit different :)

2. Finished chapter seven of my book. This is seriously first draft stuff and there's a long way to go but I'm staying on course for a chapter a month :D

(great news about the happy. A couple tips about the hair: 1) wash your hair only every 4 days or so. you can get it wet, no prob, but the detergent in your shampoo will make the color fade. 2) unearth an old or very dark towel for after showers, because the red hair dye will transfer a bit.)

You lot don't get to see any chapters until they're in final draft - simply because I value all my bwb pals' opinions on writing too much - you only get to see it when I've got it as good as I can and am at the 'expert' critique stage :)

I'm just doing a wee userpic thingy - hopefully it's small enough not to show up all my flaws ;)
