Ifugao Daze
I'm lucky enough to be able to say that waking up to the sounds of the city is a relatively novel thing for me right now :) For the past 6 days or so, I've been surrounded by mountains, rice terraces, Ifugaos, giant wild boars named Pumba, all kinds of rice wine, and just about the best crew ever. Yesterday I did nothing but talk...
With Chong and Dave, for a bit before Carlo went to mass. Among other things, we listed each other's flaws. It's less brutal than it sounds. Chong said, I've grown up. Sometimes growing apart.
Tonight I left my friends drinking, to go home and smoke six cigarettes straight, next to all those call center workers, then give the pack to some guy, partly because I didn't wanted to get tempted to smoke a seventh and partly because he looked like he needed it more.
