Vexen had taken to wandering the one place he could attain a measure of silence- that place being the library. Though he had no illusions of learning anything of importance through the city's own resources, there was still a chance that something may reveal a hint or two; Enough to draw his own conclusions.

It was a scientist's method- taking what little evidence he could gather, and drawing a hypothesis from it, using what data he could gather in support to either prove or disprove his theories.

At present, he trailed his fingers along the slim volumes, hoping something of interest would catch his eye. There was a young man nearby, but he didn't see the need to inquire about his reason for being here. A library was a public resource, after all.

[OOC: Hope you don't mind me jumping in? :x]

[OOC: Nope, not at all.]

As he continued to look through the books, Minato noticed another person looking through the books as well. He could be wrong since he didn't know everyone in the city, but this person appeared to be someone new.
...Not that it mattered as of present. A few seconds later, he resumed his search.

Coming up to the end of the shelf, it didn't take long for the Academic to realize that his company seemed to be searching for something in specific as well. Much as he was convinced it would be of little use, he decided to approach him regardless. There was always a slim chance of obtaining useful information.

"This appears to be a history section."

So, he's looking for information too... Likewise, although Minato was doubtful that he could find out anything useful from this person, it was at least worth a try to hazard a guess at what this person was looking for.
From a glance, it seemed to him that this person could be related to the other people in black robes that he'd seen around Template. That in itself was another unanswered question; was there any rhyme or reason at all behind the residents of Template who were taken from another place, or was it simply another coincidence?
"It is; are you looking for more information about the city too?"

Having been busying herself about Template as usual she had noticed Minato enter the library and decided to stop and chat with him. With all the running around and researching they were both doing they rarely ever saw each other aside from when they were at home in the evenings...

But no matter how much effort she put forth into scanning Template with Juno daily...she could never find anymore answers than when they had first arrived. She was determined to keep with it, though, as everything was prone to change on a daily basis. And while the library seemed like the most obvious place to investigate it was often such places where clues or small answers could be hidden and possibly overlooked.

Fuuka slowly made her way to where Minato was standing and approached his side so that he would notice she was coming.

"You look like you have something on your mind," she spoke in a low voice.

[ooc: thanks for this <3]

[OOC: Oh, you're welcome.]

He nodded slightly in response to her, motioning for her to sit even as he took a book from the shelf. It had been a long time since they had seen each other at some time other than the evening, after all. Minato knew that Fuuka had been doing research on her own as well by using Juno. Unfortunately for the both of them, it had proven to be futile for the most part. Although that didn't surprise him at all considering that massive powers that city had to have, it bothered him slightly.
"It's about the mayor," he replied.

She made her way over to the table and sat down, a curious expression on her face. She hadn't gotten a chance to speak with the mayor personally, but she did find the situation peculiar.

"Something didn't seemed right, actually..."

The more he thought about it, the less sense it made. For one, he doubted that the mayor actually had the ability to prevent such things as the mysterious destruction of the city, or the various fights that had resulted from possession of one kind or another. For another, whatever it was that was causing all of this appeared to be invincible.

"She talked about the damage to the city and she wanted to know more about all of us...But why would she only appear now?" Minato replied in a low voice.
