But she is a prince, and princes do what they must do, and thunder and lightning and howling winds is a perfect backdrop for a dramatic rescue. Nami pauses long enough to fish her raincoat down from the back of her bedroom door and then steps outside, braving the weather in order to find the evil witch with those seriously enviable weather powers, coat flapping... dramatically.]

Common sense tells her she should just enter the building and climb the stairs and maybe rescue the princess Dragneto while Storm is busy posing it up, but that's no fun. A prince has to make his challenge known, far and wide!
Storm will certainly feel that powerful wind gusting up the building and punching into those dark clouds overhead. Is that a hint of sunlight peeking through? Don't mind Nami, she's just... trying to look impressive down on the ground there.]
