Hi! I am planning a trip to Japan so i wanted to ask whether there are things i should keep in mind when planning? Is it hard to get around not knowing Japanese or knowing very limited Japanese? Also, what places would you recommend or say is a must go or things that are i must try? There are so many things i want to ask about! ^_^

When are you going... not that I've gone, but I'm hoping to go this coming year. Well, I am going, I just have to figure out when! I'm trying to get some friends on board, but I don't think they have as much interest in Japan as me and also they don't have the money.

I hoping this winter and maybe the coming summer.. what were the times you were looking to go at? I am also trying to find others to go with me and trying really hard to find people who knows their way in Japan XD

:) it's not that hard to get around japan if u plan on going to the big cities like osaka and tokyo, and in tokyo, ppl tend to know more english and better still if u know some jap too :) if u;ve never been to japan, i recommend tokyo first, cos there's lots to see in a big place, so it's easy to find your way.

Nice. I'll have to make Osaka the second place I visit when I holiday in Japan. ^^

Btw, the 2nd picture, it's not glico sign. The brand is actually Alice, in small capital letters. Just that because of the font, it looks like glico. It's famous for the Pocky biscuits and probably a whole lot of other snacks. :P Gotta love Pocky. <3

Et to...I'm nearly certain it's "Glico" as that's what it says in katakana on the sign XD

XD And I've been hearing it as Alice in broken english whenever I see the Pocky ad. Somehow, googled had an image when I typed in Alice and Pocky as the keyword. But you're right, it's Glico. Baka me didn't think of reading the katakana too. XD

Haha! Iya iya daijoubu ne~ It DOES kinda look like Alice in a scripty way...which is why I had to study the photo more tee hee!

Kobe~ I have a friend there so I really want to go visit but not enough fund yet. So there aren't many News pics at the Osaka shop? I've decided to go to that shop when I'm there since there's less customers than the Harajuku(?) one.

Oh btw, I'm not commenting for the photo giveaway, so you can count me out :)

there are a lot of NEWS pics, the JE shops are the same everywhere, just that there weren't the new Happy Birthday ones yet when i was there..

hahah ~~ i would be thinking about it so much if i didn't take it....cos i saw so much of it while shopping....something so close but unreachable... :P
