Ooh, I love this very, very much! It has a couple of my favourite elements - aside from the whole sub!John concept, of course *g* - i.e. spanking, cropping and Rodney coming on John. Hot and gorgeous and I love John's odd mix of old-fashioned formality and snarkiness!

I'm always drawn to this sort of AU, where the author is painting a picture of an alternative culture. I really love the way you portray Rodney and John and how they interact together, in the context of the world you created. Also the sex is pretty hot too!
