Ooh, this is interesting. I fixed myself a heart stopping meal of sausage, fried potatoes, fried eggs and toast for lunch dinner linner. Cast iron skillet did a terrific job. I cooked the last of the sausage, the put it on a plate in the oven (which was on warm). Then, I fried the diced potatoes in the grease, with a little olive oil to pad it out
