Life has gotten bothersome. Nothing major, just haven't felt much like journaling. But, I'm sitting here on a Saturday afternoon and thought I'd catch up here ( Read more... )

I'm so sorry re the insomnia. As a sufferer I can empathise. It's a struggle to keep going sometimes and my particular side effect from it is headaches which make it hard to concentrate at work. I do find forcing myself to stick to a sleep cycle helps and have had to get quite strict with myself but even then, there's no guarantees :-(. So I know how crippling it can be. {hugs you}

The work you do for feline welfare is just wonderful. I am full of admiration for you. It must be very dispiriting when you have a litter die on you like that. And constantly trying to seek new homes must be really hard work too.

I hope the walking helps - sometimes you just have to accept that things are crap and go with it for a few days - usually there's light at the end of the tunnel but it can feel like walking through treacle to get there. Sigh.

I haven't seen you on twitter in ages - did you decide it wasn't for you?

Actually, I got busy, then I got tired and then, frankly, I forgot about it. ;-) I should pop out there again. ;-)

Never did manage to get my walk in. But I think I'm going to be able to sleep soon. Hopefully.

Awww!!!! And those *BASTARDS*!

I know all about the lack of drive. Best thing to do is sit down and just start typing, even if it's crap. You can always edit it out later.

Poor babies.

But they've got you, now. :-)

As for the writing, we all go through those phases, I think.

Hope you feel better soon...

Poor kitties, it's so rough on them - and you - but I can't help feeling glad they landed with someone kind :)

I just hope I can find homes for this batch. Sometimes the neighbors help out, which is nice. :-)
