Tehophilly, I can't even express my feelings right now, and I am SO SORRY that I didn't see your message FIVE MONTHS AGO. You must think me so horrible and rude. I looked at the wraith fanart and am struck mute... Also, how does this commissioning thing even work? I've never heard of it. Did the artist get paid? Do I thank her? Or do I thank you? (Well, I certainly thank YOU.) Thank you so much, and I will now hunt down other platforms where you might lurk so that I can express the awesome.

Lol, no problem! I'm just happy that you did respond, even if it is a bit late. Been there, done that (obviously, just look at this blog!). I rarely write here, though, because I sort of hate whining about my life and dwelling on it... And most of my LJ friends have gone AWOL ( ... )

I'm so glad to hear from you! I feel so bad about not having seen your message until a few days ago... But yes, LJ has changed. I tracked you down across the platforms, though!! :-) And it's always good to have email backup.

It's an interesting concept, commissioned fanart. It's not something I'm used to; I tend to think of fandom as purely a gift economy. But it's true that msilverstar once paid money (real money) for a fic of mine but that was for Haiti earthquake charity so a bit different.

The artist is certainly amazing!
