Not built in that sense. Worlds are constructed differently. Some worlds have magic and some don't. Some have gods that walk among mortals, and others don't have gods at all. Some have creatures that others don't have. Some give everyone wings. Whether worlds even came to be that way or were made that way probably also varies.
I guess that makes sense...but it seems like there'd have to be at least some common threads through all of them. I mean...there's got to be some kind of connection if we're all here now, right?
