The gym sucked today. Seems like every body part is getting stronger and bigger except for teh chest. Last week I was able to do 9 reps of 55 dumbbells on incline and this week I could only do 8. Did 5 of 60s last week and this week though. My other chest exercises went up but I'm confused why my incline went down. I think it may be because I ( Read more... )
