They would be the strangest couple. Krauser would top. Every time. And then they would make sweet sweet rapelove all night long. Cio and Seccy are actually really cute. They do the whole S+M thing really equally and trade off because they both like being in either position. They never have to squabble over who gets to be on top.
It probably also helps that Secco is half-retarded and Cio could convince him to do anything he wants anyway. But that detracts from the HAPPY SUGAR TRUE LOVE feelings so let's ignore that.
More romantically, they're just the perfect couple. They have similar interests and with interests like theirs, which can be hard to find in another person, they got really lucky. Not only can they do their favorite activities together, they can connect on a personal level of friendship.
I can't believe I just did that with minimal mention of the fact that their favorite activities include MAIMING HUMANS IN LARGE AMOUNTS AND DISSECTING THEIR CORPSES WHILE GETTING IT ALL ON TAPE
