I've only ever done a brief survey in the City, but I'm something of an expert on supernatural entities. It's difficult saying anything specific about anyone in the City, however; the vampires, for example, tend to differ from each other in their responsiveness to holy symbols.

A vampire chooses one he or she desires to share the gift with. Then they drain that person until they are almost dead. At that point, they give them their own blood.
