It has been a long day for a lot of people, I realize, so here is a short scene from Sesame Street where Count Von Count teaches Liam Neeson to count like a vampire. Well, that's a treasure of Western art.

It occurs to me that some of you fiends might also like to see an excerpt from the Muppet Show with Miss Piggy sexually harassing Rudolf Nureyev in a steam room while they're wearing nothing but towels and singing "Baby, It's Cold Outside."

That was my first exposure to the song! I don't know if it warped my childhood particularly more than any of the rest of The Muppet Show, but I'm sure it did something.

Thank you for the Miss Piggy and Nureyev bit! It certainly illustrates Hamlet's remark to Ophelia "I could interpret between you and your love, if I could see the puppets dallying." Nureyev looks genuinely panicky, though he should be more worried about his tuneless singing than his threatened virtue.. .
