LF fic humorous Stiles gets arrested

Stiles is spying on some lady who stole Allison's cat, but the lady calls the police. Derek is the responding officer and doesn't know Stiles is the Sheriff's son. Stiles is hyperactive and Derek assumes he's on drugs so he arrests him. The Sheriff is upset that he lost the pool the department had going for when Stiles was going to get arrested.
