Hi, I am looking for some help finding a fic where Stiles is at the gas station when Derek runs into Chris Argent and the hunters. When trying to help Derek he uses magic which ends up transporting them somewhere. That's all I can remember so I'd appreciate any help. Thank you.

It was Sterek. Stiles dies in a fight against Jennifer and ends up in an alternate universe where his parents and the Hales (basically everyone) lived except him.

I remember Stiles creates a house for himself in the Preserve, his mother helps him put up runes, carve out areas, and make it livable. It eventually becomes the teen hangout.

I remember the Hales were alive and Stiles had to meet with them because of a custom to see if he should join their pack. There was previously a series of misunderstandings, so no one in the pack liked Stiles. Stiles is sent, via the Nemeton, to New England, I think Vermont, where is adopted into a pack that lives in a communal way mostly off the grid. While there with their Nemeton he learns how to use his spark. He also makes a name for himself with his Spark and being called Red/Little Red. I remember him destroying a vampire.
