I remember the fic is in ao3. It was completed. Tha pair is derek/stiles. It was about the house? apartment? trying to pair stiles and derek together with 'coincidences'. stiles is spark and Derek want to find room to rent when he met stiles. That's all I remember.

The story is completed, the chapters are actually different stories in the series
