Art or Fic? Both for fic and art, but as far as being an art-beta goes it helps if I can see some of your previous work to see what things might just be intentional quirks particular to your style of art, and which are actual mistakes.
Strengths: For fic I'd say spelling, grammar, plot-holes, and characterization. The biggest one for art is probably anatomical accuracy, since what is visually pleasing otherwise is relative to the viewer's opinion.
Weaknesses: As mentioned above, I do find art somewhat difficult to critique since it's much less structured but if you let me know what you're going for I have an easier time helping you reach your goal.
Squicks: The only things that really squick me are chatspeak and mpreg. I don't mind chatspeak in the context of a text-message, but I won't beta a fic written in it entirely. I'll beta mpreg if there's a plausible reason as to why and how it happened.

Strengths: Art wise, I'm an art major and I'm also taking figure drawing classes on the weekend so I can help if I think your drawing is imbalanced, too stagnant, if the anatomy is off, or if it just looks plain weird.
Writing wise, I'm good with characterizations, I'll tell you if something is OOC. Awesome with grammar. I can help with pacing. I can help you brainstorm ideas if you get stuck. I can help with dialogue flow, make it seem more natural and in character. I am here to help as long as you're willing to listen.
Weaknesses: I tend to take a while to email you back sometimes. Usually I can email you within the same day, but there are times where time just seems to escape me and it will be a few days before you hear from me.
Squicks: Extreme BDSM, non-con/rape, scat.

Weaknesses: I've never really dealt with a complicated plot, though I'm happy to try, and I can beta porn for style, but not content, unless something's really obviously unrealistic.
Squicks: Non-con, mpreg, knotting, other extreme kinks.

Weaknesses:I'll pick up on really OOC stuff, but maybe not really nuanced stuff? I'm in the UK so timezones may be an issue if the author likes/needs a super-fast response and is in the US.
Squicks: Dub/non-con is the main one, anything else I'm good for.

Strengths: Spelling, grammar, syntax, telling whether a particular scientific fact could happen in a story; good at nagging authors to write, especially good at bouncing ideas off
Weaknesses: I'm not the best at recognizing plot holes unless they're gaping wide. I have a really busy schedule this fall, so I might respond to messages a few hours after I've gotten them.
Squicks: I'm not the biggest fan of the extreme kinks like scat or futa. I will not read vore or extreme BDSM. But, other than that, I'll read it.
