OK, so I'm losing weight at the moment, right, and I've been very disciplined about it. I keep getting worried that I'm starving myself, but I can convince myself that I'm not actually doing that, because I'm still eating at least 1500cal a day. That's not starving yourself, right?

Also, burritos. The beans have plenty of fiber and get the wraps that are low cal.
Another one is fill up on fruits and veggies, I snack throughout the day on fruit and it's what keeps me full.
Another trick is to have soup for dinner and have a large glass of low cal something (juice or vitamin water) with it so you're going to trick your stomach into thinking that it's got more food than it's got.
I'm a weight loss queen because of my eating disorder but I do know how to lose weight in a healthy way so if you need any advice talk to me.

Normally I'm pretty good, esp. lately. It's working, it's really exciting! But you know how every now and then you get a bit fed up? yeah, I had one of those moments. Equate it to me being really bored and still kinda uset about Zephyr. :)

Sign up for Hungry Girl, they always give out low cal advice. They swap out high calorie meals for low calorie meals, also, watch Supersize Vs Superskinny, they give out good advice there on what not to do.
I get those moments, and I binge on fruit, it's how I stay so thin because I just eat so healthy.
I should give you the recipe for the artichoke soup I had today. And as for the being bored thing, go out and take a walk when you feel like you're eating because you're bored or take something low cal and cut it up into small pieces and eat it slowly. That's what I do actually I usually smoke but DON'T YOU DARE START

yes, i took a walk yesterday out of boredom. it was nice. i shall definitely do that more often, i think.
and hon, i'm 30kg overweight. i don't need to fuck up my body any more than that, as much as i enjoy smoking.

I do find that wholegrains are more filling, and I need less brown rice, say, than I do white rice.
Also, I have a policy of doubling the amount of vegetables in any recipe, since I'd rather get more of my calories from them.
Also, protein keeps you full for longer than carbs, or so I believe. Certainly, tofu fills me up a lot quicker than rice.

I do like my vegies. I've taken to making vagie pastas and korma and stuff, mainly because they're cheaper than meat and I'm a dreadfully poor uni student xd. But yes, I shall do that doubling thing.
Yeah, I'm really good at keeping on top of things, if I do say so myself, so hopefully that talent won't wane.
