What is everybody doing to get back in shape for xc?

This is my first time doing a community. I love to sprint and do Longjump. My school went to the district championships and took first place. I got a second place medal for the medly relay, I ran the 400. I also got 6th place for longjump, which isn't that great but, i guess it is something. i love XC the moment i join it with 62 team mates on my team and one of the lagest groups when at meets.

Hey ya'll! I found this community and decided to join. This was my first year running Cross Country, and I was previously a sprinter only during track, but I have discovered that distance is awesome! My first track practice starts tomorrow, so I'm gonna go!

you know running is like the most joy I ever have in life

so now I can't run and I feel miserable
I'm missing all of track
not only that but crunchiez/ just nothing I can do but walking

you'll find out when your down

no matter how far you powerwalk
it'll never compare to running the shortest distance.

Hello everyone! I love running but haven't been able to do it because I cannot find a sports bra strong enough. Running would really help me reach my fitness goals, but I wear a D cup, and nothing seems to hold my chest down and still enough.

I would really appreciate any help or recommendations. Thank you!
