Well, it has been a long but positive day.  We left the house at 5:10 this morning and left the hospital about 2:00 PM.  My mom once again did very well in the surgery and came through recovery quickly.  She was complaining about being cold when we got her back from recovery into her room.  This is significant in that it means that the pain in her

I totally get it with your dad. My mother was like that about a year before they passed away. She was cantankerous though and she made my poor dad's life hell.
