We had Christmas dinner today - a very traditional, typical english one. I was rather surprised to find it on the table when I got home, but I figured that I shouldn't really be surprised at the actions of my family after all these years. The last two weeks have been excellent! The Coldplay concert on the 18th was absaloutly fantabulous; I've been a fan of them since the begining, their music was amazing, and they were excellent performers. Coldplay concert is on Friday! It will be wonderful. I'm just worried about all these curfews on at the moment. There have been a few riots just outside the centre, which hopefully wont affect the concert, but y'never know. Life is just weird at the moment. I'm so different to how I was a few years ago, even to how I was last year; but I'm not sure that I like it. I don't have any noteworthy friends, the only good friends I have I can't spend time with because of 'family rules', amoung other things, and in general, life is crap ( Read more... )

I got back from my first ballroom dancing lesson the other day. I thought it was just going to be the waltzy type dancing, but we were dancing to fifties jazz music, and it was great! Although I went with my friend, we kept on switching partners, because, not surprisingly, there were more girls than guys, so we kept on switching ( Read more... )
