i'm two weeks into this damn thing. i've been to the gym 10 times in the past 14 days, whch is pretty impressive (i have no idea how i'm finding the time). every muscle in my body is sore. and i've consumed enough chicken to start my own kfc. the weights sessions are fine, i don't have much problems getting through them. i'm finding 40 minutes of ( Read more... )

I can only imagine the torture you must be going through, it's all I can do to drag my lazy ass out of bed some mornings. It's highly commendable, I'm very impressed.

I wish I could do it too, but I'd need a personal trainer with me every minute of the day and I don't eat meat either, so I'm not sure where I'd get the protein from...

Anyway, keep up the good work!
