14 days later

i'm two weeks into this damn thing. i've been to the gym 10 times in the past 14 days, whch is pretty impressive (i have no idea how i'm finding the time). every muscle in my body is sore. and i've consumed enough chicken to start my own kfc. the weights sessions are fine, i don't have much problems getting through them. i'm finding 40 minutes of cardio pretty hard but i can push myself through. it's especially hard to get on the treadmill when your legs are still throbbing from the workout the day before. but i'm doing it.

i know it's only been two weeks, but my arms and chest look a bit bigger and i keep bumping up on the weights for leg excercises. i'd like to say the cardio is also getting easier, but it's not.

weirdly, my b.o. smell has gotten stronger. maybe as a result of almost doubling the amount of protein that i normally eat? i might have to start wearing deoderant, but nobody's commented on it yet.

when i started, i wasn't sure if i'd want to see it throgh to the end. but it's kind of fun actually. i'm enjoying doing this.
