I'm starting to realize that. I'm just used to technology working. It's not that hard, really!

I'm guessing it's a coding issue. Do you know who their coder is? Because these sorts of errors should never happen. ... Unless it's on purpose, but never attribute to maliciousness what you can attribute to incompetience.

I would call the scientists many things, but I don't think incompetent is one of them.

I think the communicators are working just as the scientists want them too, after all, I've had mine for over a year, and it does exactly the same things as yours, if they wanted to fix it they've had more than enough time.
