Look, I used to work in a photo lab. I know that mistakes happen.

But there is no goddamn excuse for the way they chopped up my negatives from last week's fireworks. It wasn't just one mistake. It was a mistake in every single row of the negatives(Yes, I know I'm the last person in the world still using film. More on that later

There is NO excuse for that. A nine year old could have done better than that. A nine year old on caffeine. You deserve not just your money back but an abject apology.

I just stumbled upon your journal from elsewhere and HAD to comment on this. I would be PISSED if this happened to me.

This shot is gorgeous, though. It makes me quite sad that it was ruined like this. :(
