You can't run once I like what I see - [OTA]

It's an interesting day on camp when Ade no longer feels the need to simply walk from place to place, but rather turns off his field of gravity and simply floats along the hallways. He crosses out of his bedroom, having been listening to music but instead being in the mood for something a little more interactive he goes to stalk some.. ( Read more... )

There's a flash of what might be annoyance, but it's rather quickly pushed back, Worth just shrugging one shoulder, "Fine. Why?"

He's not usually the one word answer sort of guy, but he's not exactly the chatty type all the time either. Factor in the fact that he is actually playing tetris right then and--- dead. Sighing, Jane flicks the game off, placing it on the table and leaning back in his chair.

"Bored stupid, you?"

He raises an eyebrow at the Tetris, probably unbecoming for an older man but Ade will just catalogue it for later, he rests his arms on the table while staring at Jane.

"I don't know really, I'm fine... looking for something a little more fun around here." He'll leave it at that, either he'll have fun flirting with Jane, or pissing him off. Either is fine for him.

Jane might be 'older', sure he's probably one of the older guys with all the younger soldiers moving in, but most of the time, Jane's a bit of a geek, and an immature one at that.

He fights the urge to roll his eyes, he knows that the kid has a bit of a rep for hitting on just about every male in the camp. It was fine, harmless mostly, and Jane wasn't too fussed. But he rarely rose to the bait. "My best guess is that you've probably already found anything...fun to do."

Ade leans back and crosses one leg over the other, biting his lip slightly to stop himself laughing. Truthfully some people might be offended by it but Ade knows his reputation and more importantly, knows how more of the serious soldiers view him, he slept around but that was just his thing.

"Oh please, I haven't found everything yet, you never know when fun things might pop up here or there, Jane." Mincing his words like that is also another of his skills, at the very least he might just make Jane uncomfortable.

"Fuck you." Viktor is as eloquent as ever, glaring at the young man over a cup of tepid coffee; although he speaks English, his Russian accent is thick and heavy, reflecting the not-so-subtle threat of his words. "Go and bother somebody else. I am busy."

Although exactly what he is busy doing isn't quite so clear; for all intents and purposes, Viktor appears to just be sitting at the table, glaring at the door.

"Now, now... grumpy beast." Why he chose Victor to bother he'd never be able to explain, he had this thing where the ferrals put him on edge naturally. They definitely weren't the targets of his flirtation, but pissing them off was always fun when you could both hold them in place and fly away.

"You're not even doing anything, just sittin' here giving off macho vibes of testosterone." He takes a drink from his coffee as if to hide his own smirk.

If there's one thing Ade needs to learn, it's that you do not piss off a grouchy feral, especially not one who's spent most of his life removing other mens' limbs just for looking at him in the wrong way - and especially not first thing in the morning. Viktor growls and bares his fangs and, with a sudden swift movement which betrays his size, one of his clawed hands darts out to try and grab the smaller man by the wrist.

"Shut up or I will make you shut up."

Ade allows his hand to be grabbed, only to smirk and laugh ever so slightly. Without thinking he focuses on the gravity around his arm and increases it's density, making his arm extremely heavy yet at the same time reduces Victor's own gravity, making it impossible for him to maintain hold of Adrian.

"Now now, puss in boots. Let's not go getting out panties in a twist, after all... I'm not too sure how strong your bones are when you have a universal force conspiring against you."

"Horrifyingly dull," she grinned, sparks dancing in her eyes from her powers, "you don't seem to have the same problem?"

Alison was constantly aching for something to do. She'd called into Shaw a few times, relaying any information she'd managed to gather about some of the threats the MRE had tagged, giving Shaw time to work out which needed closer monitoring.

Until she heard back, Alison was at a loose end. "What mischief have you been getting up to then?"

He smiles slightly, taking another sip of his coffee. "Surprisingly little, actually. I mean.. except for a close encounter with a certain Russian asshole." He gestures to his crudely bandaged hand, after his incident with Victor. Turns out you really aren't meant to fuck with Ferals.

"And yourself? Any men on the go, schemes up your sleeve. Tell me everything." Dazzler was one of the few people that he found it incredibly easy to talk to, after all she was an interesting girl.

Dazzler raised her finger, shaking it slightly in mock scolding, "Never taunt Russian's, darling. They have nasty temperaments." And that was her experience with ferals too. But then, everyone got a little fun some place. Leaning over, she took a hold of his hand to check the bandage. "You should probably get that seen to properly though."

She wasn't exactly the 'mothering' type, but an infection was a serious thing and there was the chance of serious damage. And that just wouldn't do if Alison ever had to rely on Ade at any point.

"Now now, a lady doesn't kiss and tell." And she couldn't keep her face straight at all, "Besides, I'm not sure I should tell you, if there was anyone, less I find out you've already had your claws in there. Hmm?"

"Oh please, I'll swing by the medical bay before the afternoon is up, maybe I'll even score some crazy painkillers too." He was rather blasé about it but only because he knew it was nothing serious, a surface wound at best. One of the perks of having tougher-than-normal skin.

"We could compare notes if that was the case. I mean we'd be able to create entire charts about how their bedroom technique differs between the sexes." He laughs, it was true that he'd had his fingers in many pies during his time on the camp, mostly because he got restless without some form of release.
