Not the best opening to a conversation ever used. He felt no guilt at almost shooting someone who had not been threatening him. Hell, maybe even hearing gunshots would entice the boss out of his hole.

She didn't seem all that concerned with being killed or hurt, but she did want to be sure this guy didn't see her as a threat at the moment. Rahne couldn't help but wonder why this guy was so pissed at Stryker though.

Without an invitation, Jack barged past Stryker into his quarters. He had already had one audience that morning, and didn't need another.

She was a little surprised that someone had beaten her to Strkyer's door. Usually she was one of the first awake. Odd.

While aware of his bad mood, she chose to ignore it. It seemed like everyone had a bad mood, besides a few choice people. She was used to dealing with frustrated souls.

He gave the parody of a smile, continuing to pace. He had to keep moving. If he sat still, he'd start thinking, and if he started thinking he was fairly cetain he'd lose what little control he had left.
