Having viewed PiC a few times, yeah that line hit me when I watched her fade away -- I have a few dozen thoughts like that in a notebook already and am delighted that RTD has once again fueled the muse :)

well i just rewatched..not the exact noise, but it sounds like a machine whirl of some kind. Still makes me wonder...
