Thanks for the link on the documentaries. I watched on this weekend called "The Lottery" about Harlem Success Academy, a charter school in Harlem, NY. They give their teachers 3 hours of planning time a day!

The movie really highlighted the infighting and absolute misconceptions surrounding public schooling and charter schools, and made obvious the conflict between the teachers and the bureaucracy.

I liked it!
