Sarah is spending most of her free time lately with her nose in a book. My work here is done now :) She's reading several at once, one of which is the last Harry Potter. When I was around Sarah's age, I received the full boxed set of the Little House books, and basically read them until I had memorized them. When I pick them up today, there are whole pages that feel so familiar I could practically still recite them. :) Yay.

Re: fiefs

We have an abridged version of Peter Rabbit, and at the appropriate moment, Elena used to call out, "Stop, beef!" Which made us laugh every time. Now she says "feef" instead, but that line still cracks me up. :)
