i think i'm still a newbie...i can't make animated icons... T_T whether its just adding text or using scenes from movies or something. i have no clue...

in order to make an animated icon you should have the screencaptures from the 'bit' you want to iconize (you cane have them with BSplayer, clickin repeatedly on the P key) then you have to use a program like Imageready (which is with PS) and put them together the size you want..

every time i try to copy the caps to image ready, it wont let me. T_T you know that little window on the bottom that shows the cap shots on order? it'll only let me have one cap in there. i cant figure out how to add more after it... x_x
