Fairly certain she's from one of the next novels that's still (?) being serialized - Nami, I think? I haven't read them myself, though, so I'm not entirely positive.

My goodness. I saw those images a month ago and I was so confused. I thought perhaps it was some weird crossover because the author was either bored or...was stalling. x.x I wish I could import these magazines.

That is Michele, or Michel, depending on how it ends up getting spelled when Burning One Man Force gets translated. He's a French reporter (plus a little bit more). He and Nami, who is an armed slave mechanic, team up with Sousuke while Sousuke is looking for Kaname.
